Kelly L. Andersen
Kelly L. Andersen is a 1979 graduate of the Brigham Young University School of Law at Provo, Utah. He has served as a trial attorney since that time. He has also received advanced training from the National College of Advocacy at Stanford University and at Harvard University. Kelly is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts, and has served as lead counsel in cases originating in Oregon, California, Washington and Hawaii. He has also handled cases in the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, in the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (covering the western United States), and in the United States Court of Federal Claims, headquartered in Washington D.C.

Faith M. Morse
Faith graduated from Willamette University College of Law magna cum laude. She received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Graduate Award and the Bruce Spaulding Memorial Award for Trial Advocacy. During law school, Faith served as Editor-in-Chief of Willamette Law Online, Executive Editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution, was a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society, a volunteer for the Willamette University Public Interest Law Project, and served in various positions in other extra-curricular groups. Faith’s interest in serving people and justice led her to practice with Kelly L. Andersen, P.C.
